The access to this website is free of charge and its display does not require prior subscription or registration.

Through the website of the MoTriColor Consortium put at his disposal, the user will not do anything that may cause damage or alterations to the content, nor will he hinder the good functioning of the website. He/She will not cause any kind of technical problems , transferring elements liable to carry IT viruses or to damage, interfere or intercept the present website as a whole or partially. 

In no case will the MoTriColor Consortium be responsible for the inadequate use of this website or its contents, or of any consequences this use may cause.

The MoTriColor Consortium does not guarantee its pages to be operative, or its contents to be complete, exact or reliable at any time. the MoTriColor Consortium reserves the right to modify at any moment without prior notice the contents and general access conditions of the website.

In case of carrying out maintenance operations, repairs, updating or improving the services, the MoTriColor Consortium has the right to temporarily suspend the access to the present website without prior notice as well as reserving the right to provide or cancel services, but without prejudice to the above they will try to keep the user informed if the circumstances allow.

In this way any liability is excluded for damages or prejudices of whatever nature which may derive form the lack of availability or continuity of the functioning of the website and its services and the use which the users may have been able to attribute to the present website.

The first time the user accesses the webpage, the sever will resend to his computer a file called a “cookie”. A “cookie” is a small text file which the navigator picks up and stores while the user navigates through the web. In case the user does not want to receive “cookies” while navigating, he/she will have to deactivate the corresponding option of his navigator so the “cookies” can not be installed in his computer.
